Non-Fiction: Newspaper Article

Today I read a newspaper article Meme sent me about Harper Lee. She is coming out with a sequel to To Kill A Mockingbird. It's called Go Set A Watchman. Here is a summary of the article:

Go Set a Watchman is actually Harper Lee’s first novel she made. It showed scenes of Scout looking back onto her childhood, and the editor of the book highly encouraged her to make a novel about Scout’s past. Around the time To Kill a Mocking Bird was released (Mid-1960’s) the manuscript for Go Set a Watchman was lost. It was later found in fall 2014. The book is finished with 304 pages in total typed from a typewriter. Go Set a Watchman’s title is based on the Bible, Isaiah 21:6 “For thus hath the Lord said onto me, Go, set a watchman, let him declare what he seeth.” The book is based on the characters from To Kill a Mockingbird but 20 years after in the 1950’s in New York.

Meme already preordered me the book, and I can't wait to read it!!!
